I first had butter cake at a California Pizza Kitchen on vacation in California, which I think is the wrong interpretation of eating local – but either way it’s the first time I had butter cake and it was everything. This butter cake with toasted coconut has my name on it. Eat your heart out CPK.
This past Monday would have been the perfect time to make these lemon raspberry breakfast rolls but I didn’t and now, Caitlin from the past – I’m not mad, I’m disappointed.
