If I had more money, time, and all the butter – here are the things I would be baking this week. I’ve also thrown in a cocktail of the weekend because fancy drinks make me feel fancy.
- It’s been a hot minute since I did a fantasy friday post so I’m really looking to come back strong. Enter early grey chocolate truffle tart.
- I listened to a 54 minute podcast on butter the other day and it spoke to me on a truly deep level. I want to spend money on good quality butter and make these sables bretons (French salted butter cookies.)
- Or maybe I will just spread butter on a strawberry biscuit and live my best life that way.
- This pistachio rose panna cotta tart looks high maintenance AF but in a way I can really respect.
- My younger sister used to make chocolate pudding pie at every family holiday and this milk chocolate pudding pie looks like the way to return to the early 2000s in style.
