If I had more money, time, and all the butter – here are the things I would be baking this week.  I’ve also thrown in a cocktail of the weekend because fancy drinks make me feel fancy.

• We are in a heatwave and I am HERE. FOR. IT. I want ice cream sandwiches to be 90% of my diet, starting with these gorgeous brownie/cookie version.
• If there is something more upscale than a white peach, rose, and basil hand pie – I actually don’t know what it is.
• Long, multi-course breakfasts are my love language and everything bagel brioche is calling to me hard.
• My cousin asked me to make her wedding cake and even though I don’t think they want chocolate at all…this white honey butter cake with milk chocolate buttercream seems like a necessary option for tasting.
• Lastly, the most beautiful rhubarb frangipane slab pie there ever was.

Cocktail of the weekend

• Summer is really the time to embrace outdoor cocktails and this “insanely refreshing” mandarin mojito sounds so so good.
